My sister loved it. I did wait till after the credits and it was so epic. I thought some of other monsters looked silly but Kong looked like a walking ape that just got huge.

Companies are seeing how profitable the Marvel Cinematic Universe is and are trying to “apply the formula” to multiple franchises now. I don’t think it quite works for most of them. DC for example has done TV a hell of a lot better than movies and should stick with TV instead of aping (see what I did there?) Marvel.
