But from what I understand he won the last fight by decision in Rocky 1. Unless there is another fight in Rocky 2. Anyone know? Anyways love the review and your work. Thanks!

Rocky III and IV for casual viewers such as myself might be the most spectacular of the pack.
Probably because of Mr. T (Mario Baracus man!!) and Dolph Lundgren, which were iconic figures on my childhood (The photography on these two is worth noting!)
James Brown and Livin’ in America, Apollo’s death, cool stuff all over Rocky IV!!

Gotta get me Grudge Match!!!
Thanks for your knowledge James!!

Why: Because of the one simple line, “win”.
2. Rocky
Why: Because, let’s face it, without it there would be no franchise. There is something to be said about establishment and/development. Characters!!! This movie connects with the audience.
3. Creed
Why: Because OMG what a surprise!!! It recaptured the spirit and feeling of the original, yet left me accepting and relating to a totally new character. Great movie!
4. Rocky IV
Why: Montages and, like you said, super villains. Hearts on Fire is on my playlist for work outs.
5. Rocky III
Why: Eh…. is what it is.
6. Rocky Balboa
Better than III, just a smidge less entertaining. Split decision. It landed here because I couldn’t find a reason to bump it up over III. But I understand if your’s is different. There was no technical elements taken into consideration. This is me simply liking it.
7. V
Why… it’s just the worst one in the series.

Thank you! And yes, why the hell Stony Deleted version or unedited scenes still can’t be viewed is beyond me.
