There’s an essence that emulators can’t always capture… I wonder what the game’s story is. Thanks for playing!

Definitely a hard part but here’s a cheat I always used. Stand on top of the snifit and duck-charge. When the snifit jumps, do your super jump do get past the tall pillar to the right and reach the ladder. Works best with Princess or Luigi. =)

Watching you guys play this and discover all the differences was fun. I hope you get it working better next time. Was it the system or the game that was the issue, I wonder?

I agree about the graphics and sound but the game is a hell of a lot of fun regardless. I think it would make an awesome episode with James and Mike battling it out

I dont remember that part was in mario 2, well it was there but the waterfall was rendered differently

In fact, it brought us the Shy Guys, green Luigi, Peach’s levitate ability, and various other things that would appear in later titles. It even gave us the classic Super Show.

Here on my country (Argentina) everyone had a “family” console (nes clon) and the only mario we knew was “super mario bros” (super mario bros 2 japanese)
I havent seen the US version until this video.
Very interesting!
