Yeah, when I wrote that I thought they had put it on there, but no, it was just the fact that they had announced it about two months before this, and they only just put in Xbox one and ps4 a couple days ago.

Do I think that too many first person shooters come out. Yes. Do I think that Halo, Destiny, Gears of War, Titanfall, Battlefield, and various other knockoffs are starting to blend together into the same old futuristic-armor, soldier, shooter game. Yes. Now I know that Microsoft and Sony’s consoles have great games. But I do feel that the AAA titles are often rehashes of the same thing. True there exists games with great variety (from the standard military shooters) on those consoles if you dig deep enough, but that’s my point. At E3, many of the games that get the most hype are the same military gun game (which I love, but to a certain extent). So those consoles get a reputation for them even though there are better games far in the background. Maybe they should give more attention (and budget) for games of a different genre. I own many, many games that were not very well known, but are fun and are not FPS. That’s not to say that the same cannot apply to Nintendo. I have grown up with Nintendo my whole life, they will always be my favorite gaming company. But I do understand people’s complaints about Nintendo rehashing the same franchises (especially when past franchises, like F-Zero, Metroid, Star Fox, have kind of faded away. I love all the new Mario and Zelda games, but I do agree that they are not trying too many new things. I love all 3 companies but I think that a great deal of effort needs to be made into making new, original franchises. Actually try something different not just the world around it (like a shooter in the present vs a shooter in the future). I think that these FPS shooters keep soaking up all the money and attention is b/c people just keep making a HUGE fuss over them. I think it’s time to kind of move on (like recently, Destiny cost $500 million to make, it made back the money instantly, but the gameplay, story and content were IMMENSLEY flawed). They could revive past franchises like Turok, Power Stone, F-Zero, classic Castlevania, or Dino Crisis. Or 75% of Capcom’s abandoned franchises like Megaman, Strider, Ghosts and Goblins, Bionic Commando, Final Fight, the old Devil May Cry, Darkstalkers, Viewtiful Joe, etc. While Megaman 9 and 10 were great and Strider 2014 was great, they should try to make a AAA title with them, no just subject them to download only games. STOP JUST FOCUSING ON ONLY STREET FIGHTER FOR YOUR AAA FRANCHISES!!! Anyway, all three companies need some improvement, at least. There are still great games out they but it seems the big titles of each console are the ones that tend to cause the most controversy. Mike had valid points, but people who disagree also have valid points. But if Xbox and Playstation have variety, they should put more money into games of that kind and give them more spotlight to shine in. I love them all and play them all. It’s all a matter of opinion. But that is my opinion.

Castlevania HD on the PS3 and XBox arcades has a mode where you can view the entire stage while still playing.
What an awesome camera trick! Thanks for the video!
