You can get the warner brothers draculas separately, but that set has to be cheaper. Prince of Darkness has been released on blu ray. Not to mention the more common Hammer horror pictures are getting official blu ray releases this year.

It’s a 4-pack that includes Horror of Dracula and Dracula has Risen from the Grave, as well as The Curse of Frankenstein and Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed. Hammer also released a DVD 3-pack that includes Dracula: Prince of Darkness, The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires and Frankenstein Created Woman.

Inmediatly thought about the Mel Brooks version, “Dracula: Dead and Loving It”, with Leslie Nielsen (Let ‘er Rip) as Dracula and Mel Brooks as Van Helsing.

I saw another one of your reviews with the opening scene of it under The Satanic Rites of Dracula, and thought “What? That looks like that movie I’ve got…” and wondered why the titles were different. I couldn’t muddle through the movie with all the weird espionage shit, it just didn’t fit the mood of a good Dracula film. The cult scenes looked like an exploitation film. It is a clusterfuck.

espionage & spy stuff is in it. This movie takes place 2 years after

Dracula 1972 A.D. & u learn that later in the movie. Also Peter

Cushing’s character Van Helsing even explains in the course of those 2

years the chruch where he killed Dracula was torn down & a tower was

built over the site & when Van Helsing goes to meet the guy who owns

the building, it’s confirmed that Dracula owns the building & not

mention his satan group of brain \washed fools & vampires. Dracula

didn’t have a servant or 2 like he did in Taste The Blood of Dracula or

Dracula Prince of Darkness. Dracula had a cult of vampires & brain

washed servants this time.

I think you should do a supernatural horror series, with The Omen, Poltergeist and The Exorcist!

This movie has some great concepts. It really should be remade by Hammer, since they’ve been trying to get back up lately.

And then Dracula vs. Freddy would be plotwise and legally very easy.
