On April 26, 2011, I posted a video called Chronologically Confused About TMNT DVD’s. My main gripe was that the episodes on the DVD’s are out of order, but most important, season 9 and 10 have not yet been released on DVD. Well, now that has changed!
Today (May 23, 2011), it’s been officially announced that Season 9 will be coming to DVD! This is great news. The release date is set for August 16. This means that the only thing left to go is Season 10, and the missing episodes from Season 5 “Once Upon a Time Machine” and “Planet of the Turteloids”. There are a few episodes from Season 10 that were released on the Season 1 set. Since Season 10 is very short, that means there aren’t that many episodes left. We’re ALMOST THERE!
So when Season 9 comes out August 16, GO BUY IT! Show them that TMNT is still a hot commodity! Buy it, and then hopefully they’ll release the rest.
