A scary movie in it’s truest form. It’s got suspenses, jump scares, disturbing moments, and an unstoppable monster. Oh and their in fucking space! Sigourney weaver is badass!

I was so excited when the director’s cut came to the theaters, my chance to see it on the big screen. I’ve always liked how the film is so… well, minimalist in reality. From the seemingly generic title to the fact that sometimes the film is scariest when little happens. It’s one of the few films that really understood how to blend more traditional visual horror with psychological horror, and the art design, sound design, etc. are amazing. Aliens is also a majour achievement, but I lie in the camp that still prefers the original film. I dunno, that’s just how I feel. Though Aliens is still one of the best, especially in actually being smart – its so damn rare to see an action movie that pays so much attention to detail to its weapons, technology, etc. But this one is the ultimate classic to me though I <3 both. I'll also admit Alien Resurrection is a guilty pleasure, its an awful movie but its fun.
