Playstation had a problem with shit just popping up in front of you and Nintendo 64 had a problem with lots and lots of “fog” (so as to obscure what wasn’t drawn yet).

I think you’re right in that the “classic era” of gaming came to an end with the dawn of the “3D era” of gaming (Playstation, Nintendo 64, Sega Saturn). There’s a lot of little fuckwits out there that haven’t even played a system that wasn’t made in this millennium, and unfortunately it’s because of these little artards’ that triple-A companies are making shitty mediocre games to cater their shitty ass sensibilities and tastes. Ugh.

The second Resident Evil Game, along with Code Veronica and Racoon City suck balls. If you want to play Resident Evil games, then play Resident Evils 4, 5, and 6. They maybe hard, but they’re better than nothing.

I feel sad. 🙁 So does my PSOne, as well as my copies of Metal Gear Solid, Xenogears, Final Fantasy Tactics and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Although technically they’ve been my brother’s ever since he took them years ago. 🙁

Here’s to hoping we see some more PSX from the AVGN soon; it’s only a couple years away from being the same age as the NES was when the show premiered.
